North Jetty Beach, located on the extreme southern end of Casey Key, has free parking, lifeguards, concessions, volleyball courts and picnic tables, showers and restrooms.  This is the place for boat watching and fishing.  It is also one of the better surfing spots on the Gulf Coast.

The vacation rentals on Casey Key vary from apartment efficiencies and motel rooms to rental condominiums. The atmosphere is casual with several good restaurants on the mainland and is just north of Historic Venice Florida, which is famous for its shopping.

 From I-75, take exit #195, go west on Laurel Rd. to US 41.  Turn Left (south) on US 41, then turn Right at the third traffic light (Albee Rd.).  Continue on Albee Rd., go over the drawbridge and turn Left (south).  North Jetty Beach is at the end of the island.
