Nokomis Beach, located on Casey Key in the Venice Florida area, is a nice public beach with free parking, concessions, lifeguards, restrooms, picnic tables and showers. This is a nice beach that gets crowded at times, so it's best to get there early on the weekends.

The vacation rentals in Venice vary from apartment efficiencies, hotels and motel rooms to rental condominiums. The atmosphere is casual with plenty of good restaurants and excellent shopping. Historic Venice Florida is a quiet, but popular vacation spot...so book early and enjoy your stay.

From I-75, take exit #195, go west on Laurel Rd. to US 41.  Turn Left (south) on US 41, then turn Right at the third traffic light (Albee Rd.).  Continue on Albee Rd., go over the drawbridge.  Nokomis Beach is straight ahead.
